You must follow these steps before sending your request via email:
1) Does the device have a UDI (Unique Device Identification)?
Ensure you provide this information if available.
2) Have you located the device on this website?
If yes, under which recommendations? Can you send the link for reference?
3) Provide the following details about the implant
Model, Name, Year of manufacture, Manufacturer and Materials used
Important: Do not include pictures showing clear names
4) Check the MRI history of the subject/patient
Has the subject already undergone an MRI examination?
If yes, specify the strength (1.5T/3T), the body part scanned, and the date of the examination
5) Provide written documentation
Submit written documents that verify the accuracy of the subject's claims
6) Consultation with the subject's MD
Has the subject consulted their own medical doctor (MD) regarding potential issues with our MRI examination?
Note: If you cannot provide at least the information requested in Points 2-6, your case will be automatically rejected or excluded from the MRI examination, and the email will not be answered
