I am a student attending the course only for the credits. What happens if I fail the examination?
You will need to repeat only the exam (in the next session) and not the practical part if you have already completed it. Registration is required, as seats are limited.

Retake Requirement:
You will need to retake the examination during the next available MRI Safety Training session. -
Oral Exam Option (if your score is within a certain range):
If your score is below 50% but above 45%, you may apply for an oral exam as an alternative pathway to demonstrate your understanding. In this way, you can avoid retaking the written exam. -
Restrictions on Participation:
Failure to pass the examination (written or oral) will result in being prohibited from participating in any measurements at the Prisma.
What about the MRI-Safety written examination?
L1 Applicants must answer 48 questions, L2 Applicants must answer 50 questions, L2 Refresher Applicants must answer 38 questions, and L2 Direct Applicants must answer 76 questions. To pass, you must correctly answer at least 50% of the questions. All questions are specifically selected for each application, covering topics from MRI physics to evacuation procedures.
